The Greenwich is 7 tiers of beautiful, delicate, complex and funky cheeses. A classic British stilton forms the base, followed by salty sheep's milk Spenwood, strong and nutty Clacbitou, floral sheep's milk Wigmore, beer washed Carré du Vinage, herbacious Fleur du Maquis, finished with a soft, fresh Perroche from Neals Yard Creamery. 

This cake works perfectly for 60-65 people as an after dinner cheeseboard, and is ideal served alongside crackers and membrillo.

• Collect from either our Holloway Road or Hackney Road shops for free, simply select Shop Collection at checkout.
• We offer free delivery on Celebration Cake orders over £100.
