Started in 2001 in Bermondsey, South London, by Sky Cracknell and Kai Knutsen, London Preserves are still making all their jams and chutneys by hand. Their Blackberry jam is excellent, with a subtle delicacy. Blackberry jam has proved to be the perfect companion to peanut butter in a sandwich but also a great addition to yoghurt cakes, porridge or on a simple piece of bread and butter.

Ingredients : Blackberry, Sugar, Pectin, Lemon juice.
