Round with a creamy texture. They are preserved in the same juice they have been cooked in, that should be kept and used, preserving all the flavour and characteristic redish black colour.

Conservas Artesanas El Navarrico was established by Hercules Amalia and Jose Salcedo in 1960. Their children and grandchildren now run the business. They process their fruit and vegetables amongst the fertile fields of the Ebro valley, where Navarra meets La Rioja.
