Pinot Blanc, Auxerrois, Gewurztraminer, Muscat

The domaine dates back to 1848 and is located in the historical village of Wolxheim, 20km due west of Strasbourg. Bruno Schloegel, an agronomist and scientist, took over his uncle Clément Lissner in 2001 and was joined by his son Théo early on.

The wine is produced from vines averaging over 35 years old, using dry-farming and the Fukuoka method, and is certified organic. Hand-harvested, it undergoes direct press with whole clusters, spontaneous fermentation with indigenous yeasts, and is aged in stainless steel for over six months without fining or filtration.
