100% Cabernet Franc

Domaine de Frères was founded by Valentin—and previously his brother Henri—in 2019 in Beaumont‑en‑Véron, within the Chinon region of the Loire Valley. The name "Frères" (meaning "brothers") now honours the broader community that supports the venture. The estate is committed to organic and minimal‑intervention winemaking. Harvests are manual, pruning is light to maximize foliage for better fruit expression and photosynthesis, and the terroirs are distinctive, with vines aged between 30 and 60 years across seven parcels.

This Cabernet Franc for this cuvée is sourced from a two-hectare parcel named Le Pérou. It's the only vine plot surrounded by woodland and benefits from a unique microclimate with slightly lower rainfall—making it drier and more characterful.
