Made in the village of Suzzara, Lombardy by the Lusetti family, who has been maturing meats for three generations.

This is a traditional pancetta matured within two wooden cues (Pancetta Steccata). It is Sweet, buttery and nutty, with some strong farmy notes once cooked.

Ingredients : Pork meat, Salt, Sugar, Dextrose, E252, E250.
