Grenache Blanc, Roussane, Viognier 

Les Vignerons Estézargues is a progressive co-operative in southern France known for its minimal-intervention approach. Made from a blend of Grenache Blanc, Roussanne, and Viognier, the wine comes from organically farmed vineyards on rocky, well-drained soils. The winemaking process emphasizes natural expression: indigenous yeast fermentation, no fining or filtration, and minimal sulfur use. Stainless steel vinification preserves the wine’s freshness and aromatics, resulting in a clean, vibrant profile that reflects its Rhône origins.

On the palate, Taparas Blanc offers a balanced mix of ripe white fruit (peach, apricot), floral notes, and subtle citrus, all carried by a round yet refreshing texture. It's dry, medium-bodied, with good acidity and a light bitterness on the finish that adds structure. This is an affordable, terroir-driven white that delivers serious value.
