The start of May sees the return of one of last year's big hits, Izakaya Night! Provisions transforms, for one night only, into a Japanese eatery. The host and chef, Megumi, has written a great menu that will focus on raw fish and other seasonal, Springy Japanese delicacies. Boiled firefly squid marinated in miso and vinegar

Watercress and Japanese Whitebait salad

Stewed pork belly with seasonal vegetables and half-boiled egg
