Viognier, Chardonnay, Terret, Muscat

The Languedoc has long been home to great value wines. While Mas de Daumas Gassac are best known for making some of the first premium wines in this region, they recently started a project to produce wines that are fresh, easy-going and ready to drink when they're young. 

The grapes for this wine are sourced from vineyards in the local area and vinified alongside their estate wines. 

Tasting notes : Peach, apricot, floral. Crisp acidity balanced by some texture and mouthfeel. 

Food pairing : Try alongside delicate seafood dishes, chicken and salads.
