Started in 2001 in Bermondsey, South London, by Sky Cracknell and Kai Knutsen, London Preserves are still making all their jams and chutneys by hand. This chutney combines pear, ale and date. Well balanced and fruity, with a hint of ginger, The Kernel Brewery (their neighbour) supplies them with the ale for this excellent chutney. Perfect with our range of pâtés and terrines, it can also pair well with sliced meats or hard-paste cheeses.
