Épices Shira Tahini comes from a small artisanal factory located in Nablus, Palestine. Tahini comes from the Arabic t'hina meaning crushed, reduced to a paste. This paste has flavors of roasted sesame and hazelnut, accompanied by mineral and slightly salty notes. Its creamy consistency, supple and free from any bitterness, makes it an exceptional product.

Tahini is traditionally consumed in all Middle Eastern cuisines and is used in the composition of many sauces.
