A lovely, soft ginger and spice cake from Burgundy, slowly cooked in a wooden mould in the oven.

Pascal Toussaint, master craftsman, knew how to develop his recipe and give it flavors and softness. Far from traditional gingerbread, the Original is made like a real cake, baked in its wooden mold, hence its name: "Spice cake".

The rigorous selection of a fragrant honey and the balanced blend of spices gives it this special taste and this softness that capsizes our taste buds. These cake will accompany your desserts, will turn into a delicacy for coffee or tea, and will delight children at breakfast !
