Clare and Rona learnt process of pickling and fermenting at Little Duck, where they both began working in 2019. In January 2021, they decided to leave the restaurant and started the Missy adventure.
For Clare and Rona, their style of pickling and fermenting is quite traditional: salt, time and hard work!
They aim to source the best products possible, from people who are mindful of the environment. All of the products are organic, and the packaging fully recyclable.
This Daikon and Jalapeno Kimchi is fermented for a minimum of a month. It has very deep flavour and is nicely spicy.
Store in the fridge before and after opening.
