Christophe Adam who used to work at Maison Fauchon is a really famous pastry chef who created l’eclair de Genie in 2012, focusing on Eclairs as you would have guessed, but they now also make amazing chocolate bars. They focus on complex filling recipes with a beautiful artisan work. 

Delicious dark chocolate bar with a creamy interior it will not last more than 30 seconds but will definitely bring a smile on anyone's face.

Ingredients: Dark chocolate 54% cocoa (cocoa butter, sweetener: maltitol, cocoa butter, emulsifier: soya lecithin, vanilla essence) 30.5%, hazelnut paste 26.1%, milk chocolate 33.9% (sweetener: maltitol, cocoa butter, milk powder, emulsifier: soya lecithin, vanilla essence) 6.2%, hazelnut 4.2%, cocoa paste, salt, vanilla pearl. 

Allergens: Soya, Hazelnut, Milk, may contain traces of nuts, egg, Gluten.
