L'Eclair de Genie Mini Cookies Gianduja with Hazelnut Gluten Free


Christophe Adam who used to work at Maison Fauchon is a really famous pastry chef who created l’eclair de Genie in 2012, focusing on Eclairs as you would have guessed, but they now also make amazing cookies. 

The hazelnut and gianduja elevate the simple cookie into something decadent and distinctive. 

Ingredients: Cookie Paste (Rice Flour, sugar, concentrated butter, egg, buckwheat flour), glucose sirup, sorbitol, salt, sunflower lecithin) 61.5%, milk chocolate (Sugar, Cocoa paste, cocoa butter, milk, emulsifier: Soya lecithin, vanilla essence) 17.2% Gianduja hazelnut (hazelnut,sugar, potato starch), milk chocolate 35.2%, cocoa paste, dark chocolate 57.9% (cocoa paste, sugar, cocoa butter, emulsifier: Soya lecithin, vanilla essence) salt, vanilla paste (vanilla 50%, sugar syrup) 22.9%, hazelnut 9.3%.
