Parisian Pastry Chef, Christophe Adam, built his career at the prestigious Maison Fauchon and in 2012 created his own company L’Eclair de Genie. Focusing on Eclairs, as you would have guessed, they now also produce elegantly crafted chocolate bars. They focus on complex filling recipes with beautiful artisanal work.
