We have been working with Salaisons de La Roche since 2015. Located in Haut Loire, right in between Saint-Etienne and Puy-En-Velay, in one of the top region in France for gastronomy. They produce a wide range of cured meats, using only the best ingredients, including their locally sourced pork's meats.

This is their more rustic, earthy saucisson, with a hint of garlic that gives his taste more complecity and depth. It is softer in texture, it comes in a natural pig casing.

 Ingredients : Pork fat, Pork lean, Salt ,Pepper, Dextrose, Garlic, Milk.
