Modern gastronomic preserves, made in Gironde, South West of France with a goal of bringing beautiful dishes to sharing moments at the table. 

This roasted tomatoes in balsamic vinegar dip is especially fruity and flavoursome. The tomatoes are cooked in the oven for a number of hours before being paired with a beautiful balsamic vinegar and thyme which creates this wonderful dip to be enjoyed on its own or with a beautiful dry white wine.

All the products are sourced locally from Nouvelle Aquitaine from farmers with trusted relationships, part of the slow food movement where they respect the products and the people behind them. They truly believe that the idea of terroir, widely used to talk about wine, applies to anything you can grow.
