Modern gastronomic preserves, made in Gironde, South West of France with a goal of bringing beautiful dishes to sharing moments at the table. 

This pepper cream is made by first grilling the peppers in the oven and afterwords peeling them which gives it its unique taste. This is a delicious addition on any sharing platter especially when dipped with a grissini or a vegetables.

All the products are sourced locally from Nouvelle Aquitaine from farmers with trusted relationships, part of the slow food movement where they respect the products and the people behind them. They truly believe that the idea of terroir, widely used to talk about wine, applies to anything you can grow.
