Cacio Di Venere


Il Fiorino Dairy was created in 1957 in Roccalbegna by Duilio Fiorini. 

It is now run by His daughter Angel and her husband Simone. 

They collect the milk locally from selected farms to assure its quality. Most of their production takes place between March and July as they respect the seasonal lactation cycle of sheeps. 

Cacio Di Venere is an organic pasteurized sheep’s milk cheese with white truffle that matures at least 5 months. It is lactic and fruity with a strong truffle aroma that balances perfectly. 

Ingredients: Milk (sheep's), traditional rennet, salt, pasteurised.
