The Molino Quaglia family, from Veneto, Italy, have been millers for 4 generations, since 1914 and have created the Petra Flour as a desire to combine the new milling technologies and the evolution of wheat production due to climate. Their desire was to create a high quality flour that would be both suitable for restaurants and also for consumers at home.
This is their Bread Flour (1kg), which is rich in fibers and vitamins with a high gluten content. This is the perfect flour to make focaccia or Ciabatta.
